Playset Professional Installation and Assembly

Our professional and courteous installation team will take care of the work.  Most competitor playground equipment retailers will only focus on the sale and contract a third party installer.  This creates a couple of potential problems.  A third party installer might be inexperienced, unaccountable, and could potentially not have an interest in customer service. We don’t use third party installers.

Carolina Playsets LLC believes that when a customer commits to purchasing a unit, this is simply the beginning of our process. We intend to be involved with you, the customer until you no longer own the playset. This means creating good relations during the installation and offering future maintenance if required. Sometimes the installation of an outdoor play gym or swing set can require special considerations, and we want to be there to help.  The presence of an experienced installer may aid in making playground equipment placement decisions and safety considerations.

Service after the sale is something Carolina Playsets LLC focuses on, and providing professional installation is a key component to ensuring the product is correct in every way.
